Elephant Kraal is a home to around 90 elephants. In this royal family of elephants, you will find healthy and well trained giant elephants abounding here. All the elephants are fully trained to take part in social ceremonies, film-shootings, theatre, and parades. In fact their participation in these social and commercial functions earns them handsome money which is used in their further nourishment and nurturing.
However, if you want to take one of these elephants to ride you to the Ayutthaya Historical Park then don't worry. You can mount on the royal back of the elephant to travel a short distance. And if you have an innate affection for these giants then you can stay at the Kraal from one to twenty-eight days where elephants and their mahouts reside.
